ISHO Offices in Timisoara has secured a BREEAM Excellent certificate. In addition to 50,000 sqm of office space, the mixed-use scheme by Mulberry Development, will also feature 1,200 apartments, a Radisson Blu hotel, a conference center and a hub-style co-working space as well as 2,000 parking spots and more than 7,500 sqm of greenery. The project is going up in three stages, the first of which was completed last fall.
