Ghelamco has started selling units in its Flisac apartment scheme, which is currently under construction at the corner of Tamka and Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie streets in Warsaw’s Powiśle district. The seven-story building will offer 85 apartments ranging in size from 32 to 150 sqm as well as nine retail and service units. The investment will also feature a number of amenities, including bicycle storage, energy-saving lighting and silent lifts.
