Strabag has been named general contractor of Immobel’s Central Point office project in Warsaw. Located at the corner of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets in Warsaw, the 22-story office building will feature 19,300 sqm of leasable space, including 1,100 sqm for retail and services. Construction is set to begin in April, with completion scheduled for 2021. The design is by Biuro Projektowe Kazimierski i Ryba and the Paris-based studio Arquitectonica.
