The total stock of modern office space in the city of Brno reached 583,400 sqm in the second half of 2018, with class A buildings making up 82 percent of it. The figure was published by the Regional Research Forum, which adds that the increase came from the completion of two new buildings: CTOffice A3 (a 6,700 sqm building) and Vlněna Office Park H (6,500 sqm). Since Oracle had pre-leased the Vlněna building, its completion didn’t add anything to the city’s vacancy rate, which currently stands at 9.6 percent. At the moment, 75,200 sqm of office space in seven projects is under construction with 60,000 sqm of it expected to complete this year.
