Bina Real Estate is developing a new mixed-use complex in Cluj-Napoca. The project is going up on a 11,170 sqm plot on Scortarilor street, which used to house a religious building that was demolished last spring. City officials approved construction of three new buildings that will offer residential, office and commercial space. Bina Real Estate bought the land in 2010 and intends to invest €14m in the project.
