Hotel Beograd Centar is scheduled to open in a historic building in Belgrade in April. The five-star hotel will be situated on Kolarceva street next to the Republic Square in the city center. The property will offer 68 rooms as well as a 300 sqm restaurant and parking. About 40 people will staff the premises. Petar Matijevic will oversee operations.The Matijevic family owns four other hotels in Serbia as well as hundreds of hectares of farmland.
