SpyroSoft has leased 4,000 sqm of space at the Nowy Targ office building, which is currently being developed by Skanska in Wrocław. The property will offer 22,000 sqm of business space as well as 195 parking spots.The investment aims to secure LEED Platinum and a Building Without Barriers certificate, which guarantees Nowy Targ will be adjusted to the needs of people with disabilities, families, older people and people who do not speak Polish. The scheme is Skanska’s sixth office investment in Wrocław. Completion is scheduled for August.
