Grzegorz Dyląg has been appointed head of asset services business space at Cushman & Wakefield. He will be responsible for developing the company’s business space line and coordinating 50 specialists managing nearly 1.4 million sqm of commercial properties. Dyląg joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and was promoted to associate five years ago. For nearly 12 years he has been managing teams responsible for core office, retail, hospitality and industrial portfolios. Previously, Dyląg was also responsible for space leasing, lease renegotiations and coordinating fit-outs and project works in buildings under his management. His key clients include Cromwell Property Group, DEKA Immobilien, GPRE, ING Leasing, Pramerica, Skanska, TREI RE, WAIMEA Holding and Warburg-HIH Invest.
