Cushman & Wakefield was appointed property manager of Proximo II in Warsaw. The owner of the complex is ČS nemovitostní fond, the largest Czech open-ended investment fund managed by REICO. Located on Przyokopowa street, near the Daszyńskiego roundabout, Proximo II is the second office building in the Proximo complex. It offers 20,703 sqm of office space and 650 sqm of service space, as well as underground and surface parking. Proximo II was designed by Rolfe Judd, while Hochtief Polska was the general contractor. The building has a BREEAM Very Good certificate.
