Globe Trade Center (GTC) secured a building permit for a €100m office project in northern Bucharest. TO go up on a plot that used to house the Grivita railway equipment plant in the capital’s Expozitiei area, City Rose Park will offer a total of 50,000 sqm of leasable space in three buildings. The first two buildings should be completed by mid-2021, while the third, which is still in the planning stage, will follow in the first half of 2022. This is the developer’s first project on the local market in 10 years, according to news reports.
