Mary Kay Cosmetics Poland has leased 1,380 sqm of office and warehouse space at Gate One Business Park in Warsaw. C&W represented the tenant during the lease process. The modern class A warehouse and office facility offers a total of 19,100 sqm, including 15,620 sqm of warehouse space. Savills Investment Management is the property manager for the complex, which is owned by an Asian investor.
