Heather Calcagni has joined Peabody Properties as director of revenue management and marketing. In her new position, Calcagni will be responsible for supporting the success of properties within the Peabody portfolio, working closely on all strategies related to development, acquisition renovation, turnaround of underperforming assets, third-party management, pricing and impact management. With 15 years of experience in real estate and property management, Calcagni served as vice president of marketing and revenue management for Wingate Companies and worked for Equity Residential in Manhattan.
