AGNS Invest, part of the Aleksandar Group, is finalizing construction on Kapije Vracara, a residential and office project going up in Belgrade. Located on Juzni Boulevard, the complex will offer 40,000 sqm on nine floors, including 251 residential units. The first floor and ground floor will be for commercial use. The facility will also feature underground parking on three levels as well as children’s playgrounds, fitness facilities, cafes and restaurants. Aleksandar Group has been operating in Serbia for more than two decades.
