Serbian oil and gas company NIS is planning to invest €345m into business expansion efforts next year. The money will be used for research, gas and oil production and the construction of a deep conversion complex at the company’s Pancevo oil refinery. Construction is scheduled to break ground in the third quarter, with project costs estimated at around €339m.
