Liepkalnis is planning to build a new four-story business center in Vilnius. The office building, which will be located near the capital’s railway station, will replace a former Soviet-era shopping center and will offer 1,500 sqm of A+ space. The fourth floor will feature a restaurant with a roof terrace, while the remaining floors are earmarked for office and commercial use. A car parking area will go up on an adjacent piece of land.
