Coastline Management Group bought River Pointe Apartments, a class B community in Tampa, Florida, for $19.3m. Located in the city’s Del Rio/College Hill submarket, the 212-unit property is spread out over 28 buildings. It is 92 percent leased. The seller, Focus Group, acquired the asset in August 2015 from NR Investments for $8.3m. The deal was completed with $17.4m in acquisition financing from Walker & Dunlop.
