Orange Polska has leased 4,000 sqm at the recently opened Ogrodowa office building in Łódź. The property, developed by Warimpex, offers 28,000 sqm of leasable space. Tenants include MakoLab, PwC, Polska, Citi Handlowy and Harman Connected Services. The BREEAM-certified building has a number of retail and service points, including a bank, a hair salon and a bar and restaurant.
