Hyatt Hotels Corporation signed a management agreement with Kastrati Hotels & Tower for the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Albania. The Hyatt Regency Tirana is scheduled to open in late 2019 and will offer 151 rooms for business travelers and tourists. Hyatt already operates a number of hotels in the SEE region, including locations in Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria and Croatia. Colliers International advised Hyatt in the management deal.
