Smart Cargo Solutions has leased 2,115 sqm of warehouse space at MLP Pruszków I. The tenant will use 2,050 sqm for warehousing and 65 sqm for office and social purposes. Smart Cargo Solutions will relocate to the park in February. AXI IMMO acted as an intermediary during the lease process. MLP Pruszkow I offers 170,695 sqm of warehouse and manufacturing space on 43 ha. It is the first logistics park developed by MLP Group.
