Real IS bought the Airfield office scheme, currently under construction along Konrad-Zuse-Strasse in Boblingen, from W2 Development and Competo Capital Partners. The purchase price was not disclosed. Real IS acquired the property on behalf of its Regionalfonds Suddeutschland fund for institutional investors. Airfield offers 11,400 sqm on five floors. There is also underground parking for 186 vehicles. The project, set for completion in the first quarter of 2019, will be anchored by Harman Becker Automotive Systems, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics.
