Futureal Group has sold its Corvin office portfolio to funds managed by OTP Real Estate Investment Fund Management. The recently closed deal includes all of the office buildings that are part of the Corvin Promenade as well as two that are currently under construction. The eight class A buildings offer a combined GLA of nearly 80,000 sqm. JLL advised Futureal during the transaction process.
