Ghelamco is planning to develop Warsaw UNIT, which will offer 57,000 sqm of office on 45 floors in the capital. The project is valued at €200m. Projekt Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury designed the 180-meter building. The studio also co-designed Warsaw Spire, another Ghelamco project. Completion of Warsaw UNIT is set for early 2021. “Warsaw UNIT is another one of our projects going up on Rondo Daszyńskiego. With Warsaw Spire, the area has started to change its character. Today it is the biggest construction site in Poland. A new business center of Warsaw is rising right in front of our eyes. Offices, hotels, flats, stores, food amenities and attractive public spaces are emerging in the direct neighbourhood,” said Jarosław Zagórski, commercial and business development director at Ghelamco Poland. “I think that in 2021 the place will become a showcase of the modern capital.”
