Situated close to Interstate 75 and Freeway 60, the property changed hands for just under $170,290 per unit. Averaging 1,086 sq ft, the units feature full-size washers and dryers, security system and microwave ovens. Built in 2001, the 10-building community was sold by Sentinel Real Estate.
