Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and Breakers Capital Partners have paid $21.5m for the Atrium at Broken Sound office building in Boca Raton, Florida. The 97,584 sq ft building is part of The Park at Broken Sound, a 700-acre mixed-use scheme. Built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2007, the property traded for just over $220 per sq ft. Mandel and Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, ICM Realty Group, and procured the buyer.
