Speedwell broke ground on Record Park, the first urban regeneration project underway in Cluj-Napoca. The project is being developed on a 17,300 sqm plot that’s within walking distance of the city center. Valued at €42m, Record Park will include office, commercial and residential space as well as green and pedestrian areas. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2020.
