Rosenthal Properties bought the I-70 Commerce Center in Frederick, Maryland, from a private investor for $9.2m. Completed in 1999, the 110,000 sq ft industrial building is fully leased to tenants like Colonial Sash & Door, United Refrigeration Inc. and Stulz Air Technology Systems. Built on a 6-acre site, the building features 24-foot clear ceiling heights. The asset traded for $8.5m in March 2011. “We are fortunate to have acquired this off-market investment, as we continue to grow our industrial investment portfolio” said Glenn Rosenthal, president of Rosenthal Properties. “Frederick is a vibrant and growing industrial market, and I-70 Commerce Center is well-positioned for the future.”
