Prime Kapital is poised to break ground this spring on Marmura Residence, its second residential project to go up in Bucharest. The scheme will offer 458 apartments in five buildings in the capital’s Bucurestii Noi district, near the Jiului metro station. Marble Residence will be developed on a 1.5 ha plot and feature 5,700 sqm of green spaces, 1,700 sqm of retail and services and 1,000 sqm of coworking space. The first units are scheduled for delivery in 2020.
