Equal Business Park in Kraków signed three new lease deals and one renewal. Regus will move from Building B to its new 2,300 sqm office in Building C where it will be joined by Dotpay (600 sqm), Noble System (400 sqm) and Lavido (60 sqm). Equal Business Park Building C offers 23,000 sqm of GLA and is the largest building in the complex. The investment is owned by Cavatina Holding. Knight Frank is the exclusive leasing agent.
