The SMAA architecture bureau has opened its own real estate development division and is building a set of homes in northern Bucharest. The new Cherry Neighborhood in the capital’s Pipera-Voluntari district will feature 16 houses with six or seven rooms. each home will include a terrace, courtyard and parking. Completion is set for May, following a €2m investment. SMAA is planning to break ground on a new residential scheme in the western part of the city next year, according to local news reports.
