Arcona Property Fund N.V. ended the third quarter of 2018 with a €260,000 pre-tax profit, with gross rental revenues reaching €2.63m, nearly matching its result from the same period last year (€2.68m). Its operational profit was €510,000, which it achieved on the way to increasing its overall occupancy rate to 86.9 percent. That’s the highest it’s been in the last years and it marked an increase of 290 basis points from the end of June 2018 thanks to positive rental activity at its Polish and Slovak properties. The fund also reduced its overall leverage rate slightly to 50.3 percent thanks to regular payments and a rise in value of the properties in its portfolio.
