Kevin Kraiss was promoted to president of CBRE Group’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) West Division. In his new role, Kraiss will have global responsibility for CBRE’s occupier clients headquartered in 13 states in the western US. He will oversee more than 5,000 employees, providing enterprise facility management, project management, transaction management and strategic consulting services. He succeeds Darcy Mackay who was named CBRE’s global director of human resources. Prior to joining CBRE, Kraiss worked at Hammes Company and Deloitte & Touche.
