SIF Banat Crisana has sold the former Bank of Cyprus building in Bucharest to a private Romanian investor. Crosspoint Real Estate, associated with Savills in Romania, assisted SIF Banat Crisana in the transaction. The building is located on Calea Dorobanti and has a built area of 2,800 sqm and a usable area of 2,283 sqm. The building was developed in 2005 and was exclusively used by the Bank of Cyprus as its Romanian headquarters.
