Dominvs Group is planning to build a high-end, 198-room hotel in Bath. The company just secured planning permission for the project. The scheme, to replace Bath College’s Allen building, will feature a cafe, bar and restaurant. The hotel is expected to boost the local economy by GBP 4.1m and added 100 new jobs to the labor force.
