Microsoft Romania has leased 22,905 sqm of office and 500 parking spots at Campus 6, currently underway in Bucharest. The company will relocate to the Skanska-developed office complex when it is completed in the third quarter of 2020. Microsoft was assisted in the lease deal by JLL. Campus 6 will offer 81,000 sqm in four office buildings. The scheme will also include a 7,500 sqm urban garden.
