Rents across European office markets increased by 0.7 percent in the third quarter of the year, according to C&W, marking eight quarters of continuous growth. On an annual basis, European office rents grew by 2.5 percent. European logistic rents, meanwhile, grew by 1.8 percent annually, in line with the 1.9-percent increase reported last quarter. In contrast, retail rents decreased by 0.4 percent in Q3, according to C&W.
