Menlo Equities bought 15 Shattuck Road in Andover, Massachusetts, for $15m. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller, Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT I, and procured the buyer for the 92,700 sq ft data center. The asset is 100 percent leased to Tierpoint, a provider of information technology and data center services, including colocation, cloud computing, disaster recovery and managed IT services. HFF arranged a $9m acquisition loan through Berkshire Bank on behalf of the buyer.
