Cushman & Wakefield has responded to growing demand for specialist asset and market analysis by setting up a new Advisory Services team. It will provide property and market analysis for development and for asset optimization to help clients adapt to market changes. Richard Hogg, who will lead the team, announced that in conjunction with the move, Michal Naskos had been promoted to Head of Valuations Czech Republic. Naskos has been active in the field for 17 years and is C&W’s banking sector specialist. He’s a graduate of Charles University and is a Regulated RICS Valuer.
