Forte Partners is investing €25m to develop a new office building in Bucharest. The scheme is set to go up on a 1,700 sqm land parcel on Matei Millo street that the company bought last year from Telekom. The office project will offer 8,400 sqm of space and will have an architecture style similar to Palatului Telefoanelor, the Bucharest Telephone Palace on Calea Victoriei.
