Radacini Group, through its real estate division Radacini Estate, is planning to deliver the first phase of its new residential project in Bucharest next year. Aviatiei Tower’s first phrase will include 134 homes and 172 parking spaces. The project is valued at € 20m. Construction broke ground earlier this year. Conarg AG is overseeing the structure work. Vlad Simionescu & Associates designed the project. The studio was awarded best architecture company at the CIJ Awards Romania Gala in 2014.
