Polycom, a manufacturer and provider of communication technology, has leased 1,000 sqm of office at Metropolitan in Warsaw. C&W advised the tenant during the lease process. Metropolitan is located the city’s Saxon Park neighborhood, near the national theater and the Europejski hotel. The building offers 38,000 sqm of office and retail space. The property was constructed in 2003 based on a design by Norman Foster. “Metropolitan is a showpiece of contemporary Warsaw. Its natural strength lies in its location, but office tenants also appreciate the proximity of Saxon Park and Krakowskie Przedmieście, which provide favorable conditions for spending leisure time after hours,” said Paweł Strzemecki, associate of the office agency at C&W.
