Novinky.cz reports plans by Skanska Property to build a new office building in Pankrac at a cost of €44m. The nine-storey building is expected to be completed within two years on Pujmanová street near the Arkády Pankrác shopping center and will offer 16,000 sqm of office space. The project’s design calls for trees to be planed on the roof of the building as well as in its atrium. Called Parkview, it’s the developer’s second project in the neighborhood, writes Novinky, adding that like its predecessor, City Green Court, it was designed by the Richard Meier studio.
