The residential-and-office complex M in Gornji Milanovac, central Serbia, is scheduled to open in September 2019. GK Preduzece is overseeing construction, which broke ground in March. The Metalac is investing €3.5m in the project. The complex will offer modern and energy-efficient buildings. In addition to offices, the scheme will also include 68 apartments and 11 retail units. More than half of the apartments have already been sold.
