Intermarché, the French supermarket chain, has renegotiated its lease agreement on 28,000 sqm of warehouse space at Distribution Park Portfolio in Mysłowice. Colliers International represented the tenant during the lease process. Distribution Park Portfolio, which belongs to Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund, consists of five sites offering a total of 126,289 sqm of warehouse space in five Polish cities. Hines Polska manages the properties for the owner. Currently, Intermarché is the exclusive tenant of the warehouse in Mysłowice.
