Nordecon AS and OÜ Marsi Elu have signed a contract for the construction of three apartment buildings on Sammu Street in Kristiine, Tallinn. This is the 3rd phase of construction on the site. Phase one saw the construction of three residential buildings, that contained a total of 92 apartments. The second phase two saw the construction of 4 residential buildings, containing a total of 124 apartments. In this third and final stage of construction Nordecon will complete an additional 92 apartments within three residential building that will also have semi-underground parking. Construction on the site will begin immediately, with completion set for the end of 2019. The cost of this contract is €8 mil (excluding VAT).
