Wendy Murray was named vice president of the southwest Florida region for Condominium Associates and Precedent Hospitality Management. In her new role, Murray will oversee operations, sales and acquisitions in the region. She previously served as vice president of a local community bank and as an executive for a large community association management firm. The two companies employ more than 300 in Florida and manage communities that total more than 28,000 homes. Precedent Hospitality Management further specializes in hospitality, golf course and food and beverage management.
