MLP Group signed a contract with a new tenant for nearly 6,500 sqm of space at its light industrial park currently under construction in Lublin. About 5,700 sqm will be used for production and warehouse purposes, while the remaining 800 sqm will be for office use. The project is scheduled for completion in April. MLP Lublin will offer about 45,000 sqm of warehouse and light industry buildings. Flexible warehouse space can be adjusted according to tenant needs.
