Global Trade Center reported €8.6m in rental income in Romania in the first six months of the year, an increase of 12 percent. The real estate developer owns four office buildings in Bucharest, including City Gate, Cascade Office Building, Premium Plaza and Premium Point Plaza. The portfolio, valued at €195.7m, totals 67,000 sqm of space. The buildings are 98 percent leased. GTC also owns land in northern Bucharest, where it is planning to develop a new office scheme called the City Rose Garden.
