Opus Land Residential Development acquired a 9 ha plot from Atlas Construct Invest, one of the local subsidiaries of the Austrian real estate developer Soravia. The transaction amounts to €2.4m. Located in the village of Stefanestii de Jos, Ilfov County, the land will be used for the future expansion of the company’s 80 ha residential project Cosmopolis. Opus has already sold 3,000 apartments in the development.
