Echo Investment broke ground on the Face2Face Business Campus at the intersection of Grundmanna and Chorzowska streets in Katowice. The first building of the two-building complex will offer 21,000 sqm of space over seven floors. M&JBUD is the general contractor for the first phase, while the design is by Grupa 5 Architekci. The building has been designed to comply with BREEAM Excellent standards. The cost of the investment has not been disclosed.
