Hungary’s GDP increased by 4.8 percent y-o-y in the second quarter of 2018, according to new data published by the Central Statistical Office (KSH). On the production side, the value added by agriculture was 3.2 percent higher than in 2017. The industrial sector grew by 3.6 percent, with manufacturing increasing by 4 percent y-o-y. Construction grew by 23.7 percent, according to KSH.
